DAMES IN SPAIN recently held their Annual General Meeting in the Mojacar Parador.
Proceedings began with a cava reception with the compliments of outgoing chairperson, Myra Holmes. The new chair, Irene Bensen, presented Myra with a coffee machine, thanking her for all her hard work for Dames in Spain over the past three years.
The Dames hold their Charity Garden Party in Turre on May 19 at Casa Gregory with good food, good company, great raffle prizes and games with prizes. All proceeds go to charity and the €12 entrance fee includes lunch with a choice of paella, fideua or curry and a drink.
