Palms and lawns for Cancelada

LOCAL residents now have a new park area covering 13,000 square metres of municipal land at the entrance to the Cancelada area of Estepona.

Built on a previously empty municipal plot, the new green area includes lawns and 60 palm trees and surrounds a skate park created last summer.

The new fields are part of the Estepona, Costa del Sol’s Garden project, which aims to provide the town with more green areas.
