THE man accused of killing his girlfriend’s son in Torrevieja has been refused bail and remanded to jail.The 49-year-old is alleged to have stabbed the 10-year-old to death on Monday morning and then tried to end his own life following the crime. He was in intensive care at Torrevieja Hospital for several days before police arrested him upon his recovery.Since the murder of the youngster, it has been revealed that the man has had formal complaints made against him for domestic violence relating to four previous relationships, but his current partner, the mother of the child killed, had not made any formal reports of abuse.
