Wild wild west rides into Motril

MOTRIL’S first West Fair will be celebrated from today (May 8) until Sunday with an great variety of activities that will take place in the Paseo de Las Explanadas.
The West Fair opens today at 5.30pm with a market, children games and workshops. At 7.15pm the show ‘La conquista del Oeste’ (the conquest of the west) will feature movie stunts.
On Saturday, the fair will be opened at 11am with shows at noon and 2pm, as well as at 6pm and a movie stunt performance at 9.45pm.
On Sunday, there will be dance performance by cancan saloon girls and many other activities.
“These activities promise a day of fun, laughter, happiness and entertainment to be enjoyed with children, friends and family,” said Festivities councillor, Alfredo Ortega Tovar.
