WHEN asked about the financial crisis, 37.1 per cent of Balearic residents think that the situation for the Islands is worse than four years ago, according to a report.The biggest number of respondents thought that things had got worse, while 32.7 per cent of those interviewed thought that the situation had remained the same, and another 2.1 per cent said that the situation was much worse than in 2011The study, created by the Sociological Investigation Centre (CIS), was carried out through interviews conducted with 1,200 residents of the Balearic Islands.A total of 33.8 per cent considered the management of the regional government by the PP conservative party has been mediocre, a 30.5 per cent thought it had been bad and a 14.9 per cent said it had been very bad.
