JET SET: Pensioners’ visit to General Air Academy proved to be popular.
MORE than 100 pensioners from Pilar de la Horadada and the surrounding villages took a trip to the General Air Academy in Santiago de la Ribera, last week. Visits were made to the museum and aircraft hangars and a jet trainer had been specially parked for visitors to inspect at close hand.The day proved so popular that a second visit later in the year has not been ruled out.
