Jail requested for cash machine bombers

A GROUP suspected of blowing up Costa del Sol cash machines may face a total of more than 44 years in jail.
The five accused were allegedly involved in destroying at least three machines in late 2013 / early 2014, two in Malaga City and one in Torremolinos and investigations are under way to see whether they were also involved in a similar case in La Cala del Moral.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office has requested that each of the five be jailed for almost nine years.
