19-year-old English tourist critical after balcony tragedy

AN APPARENT new case of ‘balconing’ in Magaluf has caused a 19-year-old English tourist serious injuries after falling from the first floor of a hotel.
The incident took place at around 2am on Saturday (May 23) in a hotel at Calle Cas Saboners in Magaluf (Calvia).
‘Balconing’ involves jumping from a balcony into a pool, or to another balcony.
The victim was taken immediately to the Son Espases and Guardia Civil and Local Police authorities are currently investigating the case to determine the circumstances involving it.
