Fuengirola renovations improve image and services

WORK under way to renovate Calles Chile and Peru in Fuengirola centre is nearing completion, the council has announced.
On a visit to the site, Work and Infrastructure councillor Jose Sanchez explained that there were very few streets in the town left to be renovated, and that both aesthetics and services (telecommunications, drainage, lighting, water) were being renewed as part of the project.
An alleyway between the two streets is also undergoing work, and all are expected to be ready within the next week or so.
The councillor mentioned that Calles Garcia Verdugo and Huesca were also being resurfaced and would be finished by next week.
