A BOOK fair will be running at Fuengirola’s Plaza de la Constitucion until June 28.The fair, which has become a traditional event in the town, will be offering more than 40,000 titles from children’s books to specialist editions on a variety of subjects at affordable prices.The council’s Cultural department announced that the fair would be open daily from 10am to 9pm and invited locals and visitors to go along and browse.Literature is not just art but a fundamental part of education, and encouraging reading is one of the Culture department’s priorities, councillor Rodrigo Romero explained.
