Men jailed for worker’s death

A MALAGA Provincial Court has jailed four men from construction companies for 15 months each in relation to the death of a worker on a building site in 2004.
The men were found guilty of manslaughter through imprudence and offences against workers’ safety rights as it was deemed that the landslide that buried and killed the worker could have been avoided.
