SEVENTY employees from various companies that work at Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport have voluntarily taken part in a first-aid and defibrillator course.
Organised by Aena airport services, the course allowed shop, information service, transport, airline, ground team and security workers to practice vital first aid measures for both adults and children.
The airport has been a certified cardio-protected centre for the last five years following the installation of a dozen heart-attack response units within the building and training of more than 200 workers on how to use the equipment.
