Changed venue for classic car club

AMIGOS de los Coches Clasicos now meet at Hotel Overa, junction 547 on the E15-A7 near Huercal-Overa.
The move from Aguilas will provide a more convenient and central venue for members within the Almanzora Valley and surrounding area. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at 3pm and membership is open to everyone interested in the restoration, preservation and use of classic cars.
The club was formed in February 2008 and originally based in Aguilas. Members’ cars are predominantly classic British and European sports cars from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s that are maintained and, in many cases, have been restored by their owners.
A full calendar of events includes monthly drives around the local area, social lunches and shows. A monthly magazine is circulated to members and contains details of events, technical tips and articles on classic car ownership.
