THE Junta de Andalucia regional government will be starting a selection process this weekend to fill 1,000 teaching posts, for which 30,007 candidates have applied.Altogether, 300 teachers are needed for English, 200 for Special Education, 100 for French, 100 for Speech, Language and Hearing, 100 primary teachers, 100 infant teachers, 50 music teachers and 50 PE teachers.Those who pass the first, notoriously tough tests will go on to the second phase of the process, which begins on July 3.
