Estepona beaches get new gear

ESTEPONA has acquired more than €100,000 worth of new equipment to help everyone get the most out of its beaches this summer.
Along with two sets of wooden exercise equipment, two climbing nets for children, three lifeguards’ surveillance chairs and 94 new lights, a set of special equipment for people with reduced mobility has been put in place.
Fourteen adapted sunbeds, seven four-wheeled walking frames and 14 sets of special crutches will be used in July and August for an assisted bathing scheme aimed to allow people with physical disabilities to fully enjoy the beaches.
