HOME owners in Torremolinos are paying more in land tax (IBI) than anywhere else in Malaga Province.Torremolinos has the highest IBI fee in the province by far: 1.16 per cent on urban properties, while the second highest was found in Rincon de la Victoria at 0.962 per cent, according to the latest data released by the Finance Ministry.Torremolinos, Rincon de la Victoria and Marbella are at the top of the list, with Marbella going from 1.08 per cent in 2013 to 0.9 per cent currently.Torremolinos has also scored amongst the 18 municipalities with the highest capital gain fees, together with Malaga City, Alhaurin de la Torre, Benalmadena and Casares, amongst others.
