Charming nights in Almachar

CHARMING nights await those who visit Almachar as it gears up to celebrate for the ninth year in a row its music festival Noches con Encanto (Charming Nights).
The council’s Youth and Culture Department has organised this well-known event which kicks off on Friday (July 3) with a performance by Duo Concuerda and la Asociacion Amigos del Flamenco.
All concerts are live and free and will take place at 11pm across several bars, terraces or other leisure areas of the town.
Participants will be able to enjoy rock, jazz, flamenco-fusion, rumbas, boleros, waltz and pasodobles, performed by well-known local and Andalucian artists.
“We wish to encourage everyone to join this unique experience and leave routine and problems aside to enjoy a night of music and friends,” said council representatives.
