A MAJOR national police intervention has seen suspects of drug trafficking arrested in Sevilla, Cadiz and Palma de Mallorca.In a statement, authorities believe that the network sent hauls of cocaine, hashish and marihuana inside safety boxes from Jerez de la Frontera (Cadiz) and Lebrija (Sevilla) all the way to the Islands, using regular parcel services.Upon his arrest, the suspected leader of the gang allegedly attempted to run over officers with his vehicle to avoid detention.In several searches, police seized more than two kilos of cocaine, 30 kilos of hashish and more than 500 grammes of marihuana.
