THE Heritage department of Benidorm has organised guided and dramatised tours focusing on the history of the building L’hort de Colon. The tours, which will interest both adults and children, will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am, with the dramatised versions on Fridays at 10pm and Saturdays at 10am, throughout the summer holiday season.The tours are seen as an important addition to the tourism calendar as part of the traditions and history of the city.A number of different objects such as photographs, furniture and other period articles of the 20th century have been donated by local residents.In addition to the guided tours, L’hort de Colon offers a summer library for adults in the morning and for children in the afternoons.
