Second death reported on mountain road to Ronda

A YOUNG man died at about 2.30pm on Tuesday (July 21) between kilometres 16 and 17 on the A-397 road between San Pedro and Ronda, emergency services reported.
The victim was wearing working clothes and carried no ID, and his car reportedly crashed into rocks at the side of the road, leading investigators to suspect he may have fallen asleep at the wheel.
In June a biker lost his life at the same point on the road, kilometre 16, after falling down an embankment.
