Get in shape to the beat on the beach in La Herradura

DOZENS of sports enthusiasts participated in La Herradura Beach Aerobics campaign last Friday (July 24).
This event, which will be repeated every Friday until August 28 from 8pm at the sports court of La Herradura beach, was organised by the Fusion Cuerpo y Mente Association in La Herradura, with the collaboration of the town hall and several local businesses.
The association Fusion Cuerpo y Mente was born in 2010 with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle and sports including aerobics, step and Pilates.
Residents and visitors of all ages are welcomed to participate in this event and the rest of activities organised by the association at the La Herradura Civic Centre.
