Unclogging operation at Celin spring frees water

CLEARING the obstructed source of the Celin spring has increased the flow of the Arroyo stream. Following the changeover at Dalias Town Hall after last May’s municipal elections, council employees began clearing the Arca passage, sending 20 litres per minute of the Celin water to the Arroyo.  

“This is vital, particularly during the summer months because water sustains agriculture, which is one of Dalias’ principal sources of income,” said local mayor, Francisco Gimenez.
