Hikers stunned to find gun near Nerja

A COUPLE from abroad has stumbled across a gun while hiking near Rio Chillar in Nerja, the police has reported.

The hikers alerted the Local Police force and a patrol was sent to collect the gun, which was found to have had its series number scratched off, and it was later handed over to the Guardia Civil, which is carrying out investigations.
