EQUINAC, the organisation that works with marine life, in charge of rescuing, helping the recovery and reintroducing marine fauna into the wild, has called for more care to be taken after three young dolphins were found dead in just three days.
Although survival rates are often low in the first year of life, the group has reported that this is being a particularly bad year for marine fauna washing up dead on Almeria’s beaches and called for an end to waste and rubbish being dumped into the sea and aggressive fishing.
