THE FARMACY is a wonderful new concept in yoga that is being introduced into the communities in and around the Marbella area.

Roya is originally from California where practicing yoga is part of the lifestyle for many. Yoga has assisted people in enhancing their inner being and calmness in order to cope with the everyday stress that life throws our way. It is a proven fact that yoga greatly improves your state of mind along with body flexibility and functionality.

At The Farmacy, you can practise this relaxing and purifying art in calming surroundings The Farmacy is a real place for real people.

They are your neighborhood hang out. It is the place where you can come get a great cup of coffee, read a book, do a yoga class, get a healthy detox drink, have super fab massage, pick up the latest yoga/fitness fashion, buy a gift, catch up with a friend, get a beer, or two… or have the best carrot cake in town.

They are kids at heart with kid friendly activities and including kids yoga. They practise Flying yoga that will leave you feeling like you’ve flown first class! They have a Farmer’s Market on Sunday mornings. They are dog lovers and a family place that believes in giving back to the community we love, Marbella.

The Farmacy are starting their 12 week challenge free to anyone new to yoga September 14, and they have got a free meditation course in English on the 25th, 26th and 27th for anyone wanting to try.

The style of meditation is Heartfulness, which is a wonderful way to improve your frame of mind. The Farmacy also has dog yoga classes which have been big in the USA for some time, and are catching on in Marbella.

The fully qualified team includes Adela Villalba, professor of yoga, Carole Dumenil, acupuncturist, Yolanda Torroba, Chi Kung teacher, and Juan Dominguez, masseur.
