WE humans are used to driving the car, catching the train or boarding an airline, as travelling is second nature to us, an everyday occurrence. For our pets it can be another trauma in life so they need as much reassurance when they make a journey, however small.

At The Dog Mover (TDM), Ed and his staff are well accustomed to dealing with many animals when they need to be relocated within the UK or to and from another country. This profession requires specialists in their field, after all, your pet is your family, and the care of your pet is of the upmost importance.

Every trip with TDM makes sure the welfare of the animals is the top priority, and they are fully insured and licensed by Defra to transport animals including dogs, birds, snakes, tortoises, and rodents.  

As there are two dog handlers, police checked, highly experienced and non smokers, long journeys for your pets are as comfortable as possible.

For crossings TDM use the Eurotunnel to cross the English Channel which allows the handlers to stay with the animal for the whole journey so they are never left alone.
