Bing for superb Asian cuisine

AFTER opening its doors seven months ago, Bing Asian Restaurant has continued to maintain the clientele from their previous restaurant, Bangkok which was in Marbella. Now the locals of Fuengirola are enjoying the superb Asian cuisine on offer.

The menu includes the most exotic combination of seafood, meat and the most delicious complementary vegetables. Sushi is also a speciality at Bing, and Sarah, the owner has an eye for detail as far as the presentation is concerned.

Not only does the food taste so good, but it also looks amazing when brought to the table. Each platter is served with the most creative care which makes the whole experience of eating Asian food so much more special. There is some great value for money lunch specials including crispy noodle dishes for only €6.50 or chicken with rice for only €7.90.

The starter menu is extensive with a choice of spring rolls. Thai Chicken Satay, dumplings with pork, fried shrimps and so much more. The portions are generous and there are many curry and rice options served with a good choice of meat and vegetables.

The evening menu lends itself to even more choice, all are great value for money and include seafood dishes, crispy duck, duck curry with coconut milk, crispy beef, Ti pan which is with a black bean sauce, and lots of stir fry combinations. Bing, the chef is forever creating new options; his latest is the mango fruit shake which you will not see in any other restaurant.

It has become a real favourite with the diners as it is made with pure mango juice, crushed ice and coconut milk, it is the taste of paradise, and contains no fatty ice cream. This unique juice is a must to try, and you will be hooked! Whether you dine inside or on the large terrace, the sea views makes the restaurant a pleasure to relax in.
