The Claddagh is ready for rugby

THE Claddagh Bar Marbella is renowned for being ahead of the game when it comes to sports.

Mark, the owner knows how to put bums on seats in his famed Irish bar, as he makes sure the best in entertainment is on tap, and ever flowing!

On Friday September 18, the rugby world cup will be shown in full HD on the 2.3m x1.3m large screen; there will be lots of merriment to go alongside that too, as well as lots of drink promotions.

The sports theme is always at the forefront of seasonal entertainment as the GAA Irish football championship games will also be shown for the final 2015. These promise to be an exciting couple of weeks so make sure that you catch all games shown.

The Claddagh Bar also prides The Costa Gales GAA, who are always pleased to welcome new members. The GAA is a volunteer organisation. They develop and promote Gaelic games at the core of Irish identity and culture. They are dedicated to ensuring that their activities and games enrich the lives of their members, families and communities.

The GAA’s values are the heart and soul of the association. This attracts more and more players, members, volunteers and supporters.

There is also a chance to enjoy golf with various packages that the Claddagh offer which come with some good discounts attached. A few places are still available for the golf outing on Saturday September 12 in Santa Maria with tee off at 12.00, price €75.00 including buggy with drink and food back at the bar.

The Claddagh Bar is situated below the SKOL building just back from the Paseo Maritimo Marbella. It is open Monday to Friday 4pm until late, Saturday 1.30pm until late and Sun 2pm until late.
