THE Rincon de la Victoria Council held a meeting with several charitable associations from the town, with the goal of optimising the current resources available to them, according to Social Services Councillor Yolanda Florido.
This first meeting is included in the electoral commitments made by the governing team before the May elections.
“It is important to create a network amongst the different associations,” said Mayor Encarnación Anaya, who added: “After this meeting, we have agreed on the creation of a service database, with initiatives to coordinate lines of action, propose ideas, exchange impressions and establish a relation between all the entities to offer a better service to the population, especially the most vulnerable sectors.”
