STRONG winds and heavy rain is forecasted to last until November 3 in Spain and Portugal.
Spain’s agency has forecasted ‘very heavy’ rain in Andalusia and Valencia, with expected strong winds in Ibiza.
A warning has been issued by Spain’s meteorological agency that stormy weather would affect ‘most of the Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands.’
The Regional government of Canary Islands said the emergency services in Tenerife should stay on alert to deal with the stormy weather aftermath.
