FUENGIROLA’S Immigration Department has announced it will be running Spanish language lessons for foreigners from November 16 to December 15.
Those interested in joining the classes, which will be held at the Social Centre in Puebla Lucia, are invited to sign up at the department in the Social Services building on Calle Blanca Paloma before November 11.
Initially, councillor Francisco Jose Martin announced, lessons will be from 9.30-10.30am on Mondays and from 12.30-1.30pm Tuesdays to Fridays, but depending on how many people sign up a second group may be added with lessons from 5-6pm on Mondays and 1.30-2.30pm Tuesdays to Fridays.
The department is also planning international cookery and baking courses aimed to teach outsiders how to cook traditional local dishes and to teach locals how to cook dishes from all over the world.
