FOR a trophy which translates from French as Good Wind, it was ironic that there was very little of it when 36 sail boats competed for the 22nd Trofeo Bon Vent in Palma on November 7 and 8. The race was organised by the Real Club Nautico de Palma (PNTR).
The winner was Felix Comas in his sail boat La Vila Mall representing Club Nàutic S’Arenal and he did well to be awarded first position in what was one of the highest registrations ever for the race.
Sailors from the PNTR were placed second and third in this ORC2 class.
