Hanover Stadium was sealed off before being evacuated on Tuesday November 17 after a suspicious object was discovered ahead of the Germany v Holland match.
The match was scheduled to go ahead after the terror attacks in Paris which included bombings at the Stade de France four days before.
Police in Hanover evacuated the stadium an hour and a half before kick off and fans were told to leave “quickly” and go home in small groups.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and other cabinet ministers had been due to attend the match.
