ALMUÑECAR will be celebrating International Children’s Rights Day on Friday (November 20) with activities and acts on the Plaza de la Constitucion, organised by the council in collaboration with local education centres.
The main act is at noon, when a manifesto will be read out and balloons released for peace.
In the afternoon, activities for youngsters continue with bouncy castles, games and afternoon tea to help raise funds to organise the January 5 Three Kings parade.
