SKATE PARK: Suitable for both beginners and to perfect techniques.
THE world champion BMX bike rider from Malaga, Ruben Alcantara, has visited the new skate park in la Nucia, a 1,350 square metre park, which was constructed at the Ciutat Esportiva Camilo Cano earlier this year and includes two distinct areas, the bowls and urban street area for tricks, with a series of ramps, handrails and stairs.
Widely recognised as one of the best BMX riders in the history of BMX, the twice world champion has participated in prestigious international competitions such as the X Games.
Despite only being open for six months, the skate park is already known nationwide, and gained the approval of Ruben who said “It is a very complete skatepark, both for beginners and to perfect techniques.”
