MONTHLY MARKET: There will be art, handicrafts, gastronomy, antiques, a flea market and much more to attract locals and visitors.
A MARKET will be held on the fourth Sunday of every month in Plaza de la Iglesia and Plaza del Mercado de la Villa in Nijar.
From 10am to 2pm the squares will be filled with art, curiosities and creativity at the ‘Arte Rastrillo.’
There will be art, handicrafts, gastronomy from the Alpujarra and Cabo de Gata-Nijar Natural Park, ecological and medicinal products, antiques, a flea market and much more to attract locals and visitors.
Shops will open on that Sunday and so will ‘El Portillo’ Museum, which will have exhibitions, as well as activities and workshops for children and music.
