A GERMAN tramp accused of killing a National Policeman in Malaga City on May 21 2014 is facing 34 years in a psychiatric penitentiary centre.
The case, which will be heard at Malaga Provincial Courts on December 10 and 17 according to court sources, is over the death of 33-year-old Francisco Diaz, who the man is accused of having stabbed in the heart and killed when a group of officers tried to arrest him.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office has requested the man be found guilty of murder, attempted manslaughter, violence and causing injuries and proposed the 34-year sentence.
