Chief Minister Fabian Picardo.
FOLLOWING the overwhelming victory by the GSLP Liberal alliance, the re-elected Chief Minister Fabian Picardo and his government were sworn in by acting Governor Allison MacMillan on Friday November 27.
It appears that the 10 re-elected ministers will remain in the same portfolios they held before the general election for the time being , although there is nothing to stop a re-shuffle if the Chief Minister considers it appropriate.
Speaking outside Number 6 Convent Place, the Governors administrative office where the official ceremony took place, Mr Picardo spoke of his pride at being able to resume work with his Cabinet team.
“Nothing could make me prouder than to have been able to renew exactly the same team under our new manifesto,” he said, according to The Gibraltar Chronicle.
