Winter pruning campaign underway in Motril

MOTRIL’S trees are undergoing a winter pruning campaign, the council has announced.

In November, Maintenance and Parks and Gardens Councillor Gloria Chica explained, palms and other trees on Calles Santisimo, Ancha, Matadero Viejo and Miguel de Unamuno and in the Cardenal Belluga school area received attention and the work will continue in other parts of the town this month and over the first three months of 2016.

“Our municipal gardeners do a great job. They work hard to improve the town’s image and give Motril the gardens and parks it deserves,” Chica said.
