Mother and her partner arrested in Marbella

A MOTHER and her partner have been arrested in Marbella for allegedly taking her two children, aged nine and fourteen, out of Switzerland and bringing them to live in Spain without their father’s permission.

European arrest orders were issued for the 42-year-old German woman and her current partner after she disappeared with the children on July 1, and the Spanish National Police force located them after a tip-off they could have set up home in Spain.
