Shortcut for Colonia Madrid in Benidorm

WORK on the Foietes park in Benidorm is causing considerable upheaval. Despite the inconvenience, residents in Benidorm’s Colonia Madrid district will not have to go the long way round to reach the Health and Specialist Centres in Foietes.

Improvements have been made to the walkway linking the two neighbourhoods, which is now less steep.  ´The town hall has kept its promise that Colonia Madrid residents would still be able to reach the health centres while the park was built,´ said Public Works councillor Jose Ramon Gonzalez de Zarate.
