REMODELLING WORK: Needed to be done due to the deterioration of the pavement.
THE Motril intersection formed by Calles Puntica, Cuatro Esquinas and Calle Nueva is being completely repaved.
Maintenance Councillor Gloria Chica recently went to see how things were coming along.
Chica said that the remodelling work needed to be done due to the deterioration of the current pavement. Problems that had been occurring included excessive noise and torn tyres.
The area being renovated has a total surface of 150m2, and the council expects the work to be finished by Easter.
