Mortgages in Malaga are on the increase.
THE NUMBER of accepted mortgage loans has gone up by 22 per cent in Malaga during 2015 with a total of 12,075 approved loans. 2015 saw the second annual increase in a row after seven years of falls in the mortgage market according to Spanish National Statistics Institute (INE).
Malaga was the fourth province, throughout the whole of Spain, with the highest number of signed mortgage loans after Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. The average value of the awarded mortgage loans in Malaga was €112,346, which is higher than the national average, €105,931.
