Spanish train drivers called to strike

SEMAF, the train drivers union within Renfe rail company, has called for 24-hour strikes for June, coinciding with the start of the busy season.

The strikes have been planned for June 10, 12, 14 and 16 and are to protest at Renfe’s delay in bringing into force various measures which the company had agreed upon with the unions, Semaf has announced.
