Another death in Paradise as a British holidaymaker is arrested on suspicion of murder

A BRITISH holidaymaker has been arrested in Adeje, Tenerife following the death of his 25-year-old girlfriend also believed to be British who fell from their 12th floor holiday apartment in the early hours of Friday June 3.

After being alerted by a security guard who found the body, paramedics and police officers attended the scene but the woman who is believed to have spent the last four weeks in the Paraiso del Sur apartment with her partner and young son could not be revived.

Her partner and his father were interviewed as were other guests and following sight of CCTV footage officers arrested the partner on suspicion of having thrown her from the building thereby causing her death.
