MDMA: The packages found by police
A 55-YEAR-OLD Dutch man has been arrested in the National Police in El Pinillo, Torremolinos, after five large packages of MDMA were found stashed in his car.
Following the discovery, officers raided the man’s home, where they recovered 512 grammes of hashish and a pick-and-mix-style assortment of different marihuana varieties in various formats.
The police had been tipped off regarding an individual who was importing various narcotics from northern and eastern Europe before selling them on the Costa del Sol.
Investigations led them to the Dutch national, who was apprehended in his car with 9,366 grammes of MDMA, more commonly known as ecstasy.
