Dramatic chess board comes to life again

JAVEA’S Living Chess drama representation is considered an event of national tourist interest. It recently celebrated its 20th birthday with a special edition at the weekend which more than 200 people took part in.

Groups of children, the living chess pieces, combine chess movements with the script of a story on a giant chess board, which due to the size of this year’s event was set up at the municipal sports centre.
