LIVE MUSIC: Would meet the needs of the tourism and leisure industry.
JESUS PEREZ ATENCIA, Deputy Mayor of Torre Del Mar, has requested a change to Andalucian laws which would allow businesses to play music at night. Perez said he has asked that bars and other venues be allowed to play live and recorded music.
He noted that some bars in Velez-Malaga have had Local Police take action against them over noise following residents’ complaints, which are not shared by him.
Atencia said he aims to reconcile the laws with the needs of businesses in the tourism and leisure industry.
