No posters

THOSE who are of a certain age may remember the question of who was Bill Stickers and what had he done, as at one time, notices appeared all over the UK which stated ‘Bill Stickers will be prosecuted.’

Now, the Almuñécar Council has instructed its cleaners to remove posters which have been put up without authority and they are making it clear that in the future, anyone who continues to put up posters in contravention of local by-laws is likely to be fined.
