A MAN who was arrested by the Local Police for breaking into a house in Motril a month ago has allegedly been up to his old tricks again.
This time around, the presumed perpetrator, a 39-year-old man, apparently managed to get inside the residence after scaling the walls of the neighbouring houses.
He was caught in the act by the home-owner who, with the help of another citizen, managed to subdue the burglar until the Local Police arrived. Several officers were already in the neighbourhood due to recent reports of similar burglaries.
The man was previously arrested a month ago, on October 15, when he was caught inside a residence in the north of Motril. He has now been handed over to the appropriate judicial authorities.
